- How to place an order? 

See something you like? Well good. Placing an order couldn’t be simpler.

Click on the item you’d like to purchase and tap “add to cart”. When you’re ready to pay - click on the “shopping cart” icon on the top of your screen. This may be under the menu tab if you’re purchasing from your phone. Click the “checkout” icon to be directed to the payment page, after which you can provide us your details for delivery.

- Will I receive order confirmation?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via the email address provided. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase. In addition, you will be able to track the status of your delivery via the link provided.

- Can I make any changes to my order once it’s been placed?

We want you to be completely satisfied. But because we aim to process (and deliver) your order as quickly as possible, we cannot make any changes, cancellations or adjustments once it’s been placed. If you think you’ve made an error, please view our Returns Policy for more information.

- What payment methods do you accept?

We utilize two of South Africa’s most trusted payment methods, Payfast and Ozow. Payfast is South Africa’s leading online payment solution, which supports 7 popular payment methods and is used by over 65,000 merchants in South Africa. Through Payfast, your payment information is safe and secure, backed by 2048-bit encryption (the highest level available), making their protocols more robust than most South African banks.

 

PRODUCT 🛒 

- What sizes do you offer?

We currently stock several sizes across our range. Men’s sizes 8 - 12, and Women’s sizes 5 - 9. Our rings are made from medical grade silicone, ensuring they’re flexible and fit well to your desired finger. If you’re unsure of your ring size, please check out our ring Size Guide here.

- How does my ring handle wear and tear?

Silicone rings have a natural flexibility, making them comfortable and easy to fit. At the same time, high-quality silicone also ensures that the ring will maintain its elasticity over time, and it won’t compress in extreme heat or cold. In many instances, these attributes make silicone rings safer than more common ring types.

However, like all good things, you may experience natural wear-and-tear the more you take your ring on and off over time. If your ring breaks or experiences “unnatural” wear and tear within 30-days of delivery, it will be covered under our warranty period. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.

- Does silicone cause skin irritation or allergies?

Our rings are made from 100% medical-grade silicone. This means that they’re hypoallergenic, non-conductive, non-toxic, durable and waterproof.  

- How often do you order new stock?

Some popular items may go out of stock quite quickly. But don’t stress! We’re committed to regularly stocking your favourite items. We recommend that you sign-up to be notified when your favourite item arrives. 

 

DELIVERY 🚚 

- What about Shipping?
To ensure that our customers get the best shipping price possible, we use a combination of reputable national couriers, like DawnWing and the Courier Guy.

- How long does delivery take?
Our entire delivery process is automated to ensure that you receive your purchase in the shortest possible time. We use many of South Africa’s leading courier companies and strive to deliver within 2-5 working days of placing an order, depending on your location. You can track your order live throughout this process via the link/tracking details provided on your confirmation email. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at orders@three16.co.za, provide us your order number, and we’ll take it from there.


- Do you ship overseas?
We currently only provide shipping in South Africa. For bespoke orders outside of South Africa, please contact our customer team at hello@three16.co.za and we will do our best to assist.
 

EXCHANGES 📦 

- Can I exchange my purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we will gladly exchange your purchase if you wish to change size, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if your purchase arrives in poor condition. You have 7 (working) days to request an exchange of your item from the date you received it and we require the items to be returned in their original packaging. Kindly note that a standard exchange cost of R120 applies, to cover the cost of collection and delivery. We will exchange your ring within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your request.  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchases. Please visit our Returns Policy for more information.
 
- I received the incorrect product. What now?
Our entire system is fully automated, and orders are picked and packed using state-of-the-art software to minimise errors. If for whatever reason your order is incorrect, please contact us at orders@three16.co.za within 7 days of receipt, and provide us your order number. We’ll exchange your item for the correct one at no extra cost.

If you have any questions or queries, please contact us at hello@three16.co.za. Our operating hours are 9 - 4pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed over weekends and public holidays. We are committed to answering your query as soon as possible. If your query is in relation to an existing order, please quote your order number in your message.
 
- Do you have a physical store?
Short answer, No. Whilst we ship from Johannesburg, our business is fully online, allowing us to serve more customers around the country, quickly and conveniently.
